Body Image, Food Issues, lack of motivation for Body Movement (Movement Magic as I like to call it with my clients) are things many women struggle with daily. Do I like my jiggly thighs, my not so perky breasts, dare I eat that meal in front of me, how do I find the time or inclination to move my body health and as a gift to all I encounter in my daily life?
Yoga and walking keep me sane, fit, and healthy (not necessarily in that order). These are things I want to maintain for myself, my kids, my family, and my clients/students. When we keep ourselves healthy we are so much more capable of carrying out our work, our divine purpose, on this planet!
